The Missouri Wolverines require the following paperwork and information from every cheerleader participating in our organization. We ask our parents to become familiar with our policies as well which are located here on our website and we also ask certain forms to be signed and returned verifying you as the parent are aware of the information. All forms below are required for participation within the Missouri Wolverines Cheerleading Program.
The first step to becoming a Missouri Wolverines Cheerleader is registering online using our Cheerleader Registration Form. A cheerleader can both register online and pay their fees. Paying their fees online is optional however all cheerleaders must be registered online. We can not issue any uniforms until a cheerleader's fees have been paid in full and a player has undergone a valid 2017 sports physical, there is a form below that we need returned to us for validation.
After a cheerleader has been successfully registered, we ask that every parent become familiar with the following information located here on our website:
Below is a list of documents we need signed and returned to the Missouri Wolverines. All forms are required for participation within the Missouri Wolverines Cheerleading Program.
We ask that you download and print these forms and return them at one of our registration dates or practice and bring them to our Cheer Director. When turning in paperwork we ask that you include all forms in an envelope with your child's name, grade and write cheer on it so we make sure it gets to the right place. 2018 Youth Cheerleading Signups
The Missouri Wolverines are taking sign-ups for all interested cheerleaders. Practice start in late July however we are taking sign-ups for cheerleaders now online.
KANSAS CITY ATHLETE TRAINING
At Kansas City Athlete Training, our indoor turf facility is located 3 miles north of downtown Kansas City Missouri, we offer Athletic Sports Training for high school and youth athletes both boys and girls throughout the Kansas City Missouri Metro Area. The opportunities are not restricted for players associated with one team but are open to all players both boys and girls from anywhere in the KC Metro Area. We provide training for all sports via our speed and agility classes and our elite training classes which we recommend of our older athletes and personal training sessions for those athletes looking for specific 1-on-1 training. Our experienced staff has been conducting speed and agility and training athletes since 2005.
2018 Kansas City Youth Football Camp

The Kansas City Youth Football Camp Staff in combination with Kansas City Athletic Training along with local football coaches are proud to announce the 2018 Kansas City Youth Football Camp. The 17th Annual Kansas City Youth Football Camp focusing on the techniques and fundamentals needed to succeed at the youth level and to help players prepare for the 2018 football season. Aside from learning the game of football, camp staff will talk to the players each night about football, life, and why playing youth football is important.
2017 Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp

The Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp Staff in combination with the facilities at Park Hill High School are proud to announce the 2017 Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp. Local high school and youth cheerleading coaches will put on the 16th Annual Kansas City Youth Cheerleading Camp focusing on the techniques and fundamentals needed to succeed at the youth level and to help cheerleaders prepare for the 2017 cheer season. Aside from learning cheer basics, camp staff will talk to the campers each night about cheerleading, life, and why participating in youth cheerleading is important.
